Jerry Dale Good, 75, passed away on Sunday, February 22, 2026, in Mantachie after a short illness. He was born February 12, 1951, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He worked at Burlington Northern Railroad as a lineman and climber. He later worked at Super Sagles and Wal-Mart in Tupelo. He loved everything about old cars, going to car shows, and hot rods. He could fix anything and build about anything.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 25, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Mantachie with Bro, Cory Lancaster officiating. Burial will be in the Stephens Cemetery.
Survivors include one step- son, Darrell Derreberry (Angela); five stepdaughters, Reba Hughes, Wynona Mell (John), Patricia Hubbard, Deborah Yarber, and Felecia Hewitt; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine Good, who died in January 2020; one stepdaughter, Jacqueline Derreberry; one brother; one sister; and his parents.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Mantachie.
