Diana Lynn Snyder Luna was born April 4th, 1958 in El Reno, Oklahoma to Glenn “Art” and Sue Snyder. She died February 9th, 2026 in Murfreesboro, TN. She married the love of her life, Ronnie Luna on November 14th, 1994 and they spent 32 wonderful years together in Murfreesboro. Through this love, Diana gained a bonus daughter, Alyssa, who she loved very much. Diana was the adored “Auntie Di” of the family and she mothered many people throughout her life, all without having had her own children. She also took exceptional care of her fur babies, Molly, Maggy, and Mitzi.
A Type A personality to her core, Diana sought excellence in everything she did. She was a first generation college graduate, completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University. She naturally excelled in mathematical thinking and logic and was often our family’s rock during hard times. She kept the budget and books in immaculate order for several companies throughout her life. If there was ever an error in accounting, you could count on her to find it and fix it. Aside from being a kind voice of reason she was also a fashion icon-preferring a black and white chic vibe. She was a lifelong member of the First Christian Church in El Reno where she served alongside her parents any time she came to visit. She was at both their sides at the end of their lives and provided them with loving care through their last moments. In her spare time she enjoyed driving around in the Jeep with Ron, making trips to El Reno to see her family, and playing with her dogs.
Diana was preceded in death by her parents Art and Sue Snyder and by a brother, Robert Snyder. She is survived by her husband Ronnie, a bonus daughter, Alyssa Hobbs, a grandson, Maxwell McHenry, a sister, Beth Nail, nieces Britni Means, Brandi Swindler, and Casie Luna, 5 great nieces and 4 great nephews. She was the kind of person who made everyone feel like family, so the number of loved ones she leaves behind is immeasurable.
