Pat Sherer, age 75, of Jasper, passed away peacefully on February 8, 2026.
The family will receive friends on Friday, February 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, services will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Boldo Memory Gardens Cemetery. Rick Sherer will officiate.
Pat was known by all who loved her as a woman of a sweet and quiet spirit. Her life was marked by unwavering devotion to her family, her church, and, above all, her love for the Lord. Her faith was not only something she professed, but something she lived daily—through kindness, humility, and faithful service to others.
She was a dedicated member of Samaria Baptist Church, where she faithfully worshiped and served for many years. Her gentle presence, listening ear, and steady encouragement were a blessing to her church family and friends alike.
Family was deeply important to her, and she found her greatest joy in loving and caring for those closest to her. She leaves behind a legacy of faith, love, and quiet strength that will continue to influence generations.
She was preceded in death by her Husband-James Sherer; Father-Ervin Morrow; Mother-Avis Morrow Eidson; Stepfather-James “Jim” Eidson; Brother-Curtis Morrow.
She is survived by her Son-Jeff Sherer (Jennifer); Daughter-Wendy Martin (Jeff); Grandchildren Emma Grace Sherer, Cole and Delaney Martin, Grant and Seth Rhegness.
Though she will be deeply missed, her family rejoices in the assurance that she is now at home with the Lord she loved so dearly.
