Anita Louise Reid, born on May 12, 1942, passed away on January 30, 2026, at the age of 83. A resident of Jasper, Alabama, Anita was known for being thoughtful and compassionate.
She was a beloved member of her family, preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Louisa Reid, her brother Charles A. Reid, her sister Barbara A. Jones & great-nephew Ricky Cagle. Anita is survived by her nieces, Tammy (Joe) Morales, Rhonda Stone (Lonny Callicott), and Bonnie (Gary) Bates; her nephew, Billy (Ruby) Reid; her great-nieces, Crystal Cagle and Holly Fort; and many great nieces and nephews.
Anita’s memory will be cherished by all who knew her.
