Ross Stephen Paul LeBlanc Born November 18, 1949 passed away peacefully on January 28, 2026, after a long and courageous illness. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Evelyn and Zoel LeBlanc.
Visitation will be Monday, February 2 at Williams Funeral Home from 11:00 – 12:00 and service starting at noon. Burial will immediately follow in Guy Cemetery.
Ross is survived by his loving children, Andrea Webb (Geno), Stephen LeBlanc, (Gera) and Josh LeBlanc (Dana); his stepchildren, Leah Dilbeck and Jerimy Dilbeck; and his cherished grandchildren: Lucas and Reagan Dilbeck, Ayden and Nora Webb, John Patrick and Vivianne LeBlanc, Atticus and Cyrus Evers, and Libby and Luke LeBlanc. Each of them carries a piece of his spirit forward.
Born in Massachusetts and raised in Daytona Beach, Florida, Ross felt most at home near the ocean. The rhythm of the waves and the freedom of surfing with friends shaped his early years and left a lasting mark on his soul. Even as a teenager, it was clear to everyone who knew him that Ross was an artist at heart.
After moving to Muscle Shoals, Alabama, to be near his brothers, Ross’s creative gifts truly flourished. His artistic talent became widely known, and he expressed it across many mediums. He was especially admired as a master woodcarver, transforming raw material into works of lasting beauty. He also created sculptures and handcrafted jewelry—pieces that were not only art, but expressions of love, intention, and craftsmanship, treasured by those who received them.
Ross’s work lives on as part of his legacy, a testament to his creativity, patience, and deep appreciation for beauty. Beyond his art, he was a man of faith who touched countless lives by sharing the love of Christ through kindness, conversation, and example. Ross will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his influence, creativity, and faith will not be soon forgotten.
