Frances Naomi Brooks Young, 91, of Tuscumbia, passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. Arrangements will be announced at a later date.
Frances was preceded in death by her husband of seventy-one years, Gerald Johnson Young; son, Ronald L. Young; parents, George M. and Annie Katherine Brooks; and siblings, Mae Brooks Limerick and George M. Brooks, Jr.
She is survived by her children, Dennis W. Young (Glenda), Catherine E. Kelley, G. Todd Young (Robin), and G. Steven Young; daughter-in-law, Teresa Young; eleven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
