Funeral service for Lois Nell Walker Pickens, 88, will be Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Bell Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 21, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Pickens passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was born October 26, 1937, in Cullman County, to Henry Grady Williams and Nettie Ann Sullins Williams.
She was a Seamstress, for the Sewing Plant in Hartselle, prior to her retirement. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Preceding her in death were three husbands- Billy Joe Pickens, Glenn Via, and Noal Junior Walker, her parents, a son- Billy Walker, a brother – Ceicle Williams, and sister- Joyce Cook.
Survivors include
Sons- Gerry Walker,
Mark Walker and
Seven Grandchildren,
Six Great Grandchildren, and
One Great Great Grandchild.
Pallbearers will be Cody Walker, Patrick Baker, Chris Walker, Clyde Johnson, Sam Walker, Dalton Boyd, and Jeffrey Rogers.
