Charles Ray Gardner, age 73 of Oakman, passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at his residence.
He was a jack of all trades, an Oakman Policeman in the 1980’s, A.B.C. Radio Technician, CB Handle-Agitatior, a mechanic and a carpenter. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.
Mr. Gardener was preceded in death by his Father-Charles Franklin Gardner; Mother-Jerrell Lee Gardner; Sister-Martha Phillips; Brother-David Gardner; Grandfather-Charles F. Gardner; Grandmother-Lois Gardner; Grandfather-Boyd Burton; Grandmother-Katherine Burton.
He is survived by his Wife-Kathleen Gardner; Daughters-Sheryl Rom and Michelle Bowling; Sons-Kevin Gardner, Richard Gardner, Allen Gardner and Timothy Lefave; Sisters-June Gardner and Tammy Gardner; Brothers-Donnie Gardner and Joey Gardner; Grandchildren-Tyler Gardner, Autumn Kunkel, Lonnie Bowling, Jr., Dakota Bowling, Ahnnah Bowling, Abigail Gardner, Elijah Milligan, Tristin Lefave, Alynna Lefave and Kayden Lefave.
