Elizabeth S. “Libby” Franklin of Scottsboro passed away on Thursday January 15, 2026 at her home following a short illness.
The Family will receive friend on Sunday at the Rudder Funeral home in Scottsboro
from 3 PM until 7PM. Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 11 AM From the
Scottsboro First United Methodist Church with burial to follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Rudder Funeral Home Scottsboro is in charge of the arrangements.
