Alice "Kat" Kathleen Peppers What defines a persons life? For 91 years Alice Kathleen (Kat) Peppers interacted with people: living in six states as well as the countries of Panama and Australia, active in church as a Sunday school teacher and later as pastor of the Asbury Church of God, living every day as a supportive wife to her husband of 53 years Verbon, caring for her only child David, pouring affection on her two grandchildren Brandon and Derrick, reaching out to neighbors known or unknown, maintaining friendships with friends and extended family until she outlived most of them, her life was replete with interaction. However, her most frequent interaction was with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Her daily language was interspersed with Christian phrases and invocations. An obit does not allow for 91 years of life, and honestly, the greatest words one can write are not on paper, they’re on the hearts of those we interact with. Kat left lots of words on the hearts of many people. I love you mom.
A special thanks to Arab diversicare. Till the day she died Kat sang the praises of those who provided care for her during the last five years of her life.

Preceded in death by her husband Verbon. Survived by her son David (Belinda) Peppers, and grandsons Brandon (Christa) Peppers and Derrick Peppers; great-grandchildren, Greyson Peppers and Presley Peppers.
