Tyler Russell Duncan, 39, passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at his home. He was born in Russellville, AL to Byron and Tammy Horton Duncan. Tyler worked as a metal fabricator at IHP in Russellville for several years. He attended Trinity Assembly of God Church in Red Bay as well as visited other churches in the area.

Graveside services will be Saturday, December 27, 11 a.m. at Burnout Cemetery with Donald Raper officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, December 27, 9-10:30 at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by his parents, Byron and Tammy Duncan; his sister, Tiffany Thorne (Heath); two nephews, Jeremiah and Joshua Thorne; his grandmother, Kaye Horton; his grandfather, Glynn Duncan and lots of aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Sharon Copeland, Shirley and Mike Oliver and Jim Horton.

Pallbearers will be Dustin Creekmore, Anthony Horton, Joshua Thorne, Jeremiah Thorne, Morgan Standfield and Joe Raper. Glenn Graham will serve as honorary pallbearer.
