Mildred Ann Blackwell Foster, age 80, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, November 22nd, 2025, at her home.
She was born September 16th, 1945, in Lewisburg, Tennessee, to the late Clarence and Oma Rogers Blackwell. She was a retired self-employed daycare owner and enjoyed spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, Phillip Morton and Scotty Morton, three sisters, Lillian Richards, Doris Sanders, and Ruth Davis, eight brothers, Junior Blackwell, David Blackwell, Harold Blackwell, J. T. Blackwell, Bobby Blackwell, Roy Blackwell, Danny Blackwell, and Linton Blackwell, one great grandchild, Gunner Pickett.
She is survived by two daughters, Pam Kerr of Lewisburg, and Betsy (Jamie) Booth of Manchester, sisters, Patricia (Billy) Callahan of Lewisburg, Annie Lou Darnell of Lewisburg, and Betty Adams of Lewisburg, grandchildren, Charity Kerr and Micah, Mallory Pickett and Ryan, Harley Jackson and Witt, Haley Montgomery and Jacob, Hanna McCormick and Dylan, and twelve great grandchildren.
Visitation with the family will be held at London Funeral Home and Crematory, 324 W. Church St., Lewisburg, TN, on Monday, November 24th, 2025, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm and will continue on Tuesday, November 25th, 2025, until the funeral hour.
Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, November 25th, 2025, at 11:00 am from the Chapel of London Funeral Home and Crematory with burial to follow in Whorley Cemetery.
