Frederick Howard “Fred” Page 83, of Somerville passed away Tuesday November 18, 2025, at his residence. Fred was born August 27, 1942, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Frederick John Page and Juanita Ruth Wells Page. He served in the US Marine Corps for 12 years and was discharged on August 6, 1973, having achieved the rank of Sergeant. He served in Vietnam from October 28, 1967, until November 14, 1968. After serving in the military, he worked many years as a truck driver and later as a cab driver.
Survivors include his wife: Mary Page; children: Dejah (Brian) Tangren, Freddi Page, Thuvia Page, Jeddara Page and Jessica Atchley; grandchildren: Zoey Tangren, Lillian Tangren, Kairi Tangren and Ezabella Hudson.
The family chose to honor Fred’s wishes to be cremated with no formal service planned at this time. Gober Funeral Chapel assisted the family with arrangements.
