Funeral services for Mrs. Maggie Doris Westerhout, age 90, will be held on Saturday November 22, 2025, at 11am at Salem Baptist Church with Joel Pique officiating, burial to follow in Salem Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday November 21, 2025, from 4pm until 7pm in the chapel of Shelton Funeral Home.
Mrs. Westerhout passed away on Tuesday November 18, 2025, at Trenton Healthcare and Rehab.
Mrs. Westerhout was preceded in death by her husband, John Robert Westerhout; and her parents, Harvell and Mamie Georgia Ary (Warren).
Mrs. Westerhout is survived by three sons, Jeffrey Robert Westerhout of O’Fallon, MO, Michael Dale Westerhout of Trenton, TN, and Douglas Paul Westerhout of Hobart, IN; five grandchildren, Jeremy Westerhout, Travis Westerhout, Tyler Westerhout, Melissa Schallow, and Ryan Garner; nine great-grandchildren, Hannah Westerhout, Jackson Westerhout, Maximus Westerhout, McKenzie Westerhout, Benjamin Westerhout, Layla Wallace, Liam Wallace, Vivie Sue Garner, and Fiona Garner; a sister, Janice Diane Evans of Trenton, TN; a brother, Willie Ingram Warren of Medina, TN; and special brothers, Shorty and Mike Warren.
