Tyler Ledbetter With profound sadness and with his family beside him, we share that Tyler Ray Ledbetter gained his wings on Sunday, November 16th, 2025 in Nashville, Tennessee.

To know Tyler was to love him. Whether you called him “Ty-Bone,” “Ty,” or the title he cherished most, Cooper’s Dad. He brought warmth, humor, and a light to every room he entered. Though his time here was far too short, he filled every moment with love, laughter, and unwavering devotion to those he cared for.

Tyler leaves behind his beloved son, Cooper Ledbetter, who was the absolute center of his world. Above all else, Tyler was a proud and dedicated father. Anyone who knew him felt the joy and purpose Cooper brought into his life, a bond that will continue to shine through the memories they shared.

He is also survived by his loving parents, Heather Jordan (John) and Tim Ledbetter (Gena); his sister, Lauren Ledbetter; his grandparents, Jacky and Carolyn Maness, and Manuel and Frances Ledbetter; step sisters: Presley Mills and Rainey Lyles and step-brothers: Dylan and Dysan Jordan and Hade West Britt along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends who adored him.

Tyler took immense pride in his work. For four years, he was a dedicated employee at Kellanova, where he was not only respected but deeply loved by his coworkers. He was a constant in the workplace, steady, dependable, and hardworking. Everyone knew they could rely on Tyler to do what needed to be done, and he did it all without a single complaint. His work ethic, loyalty, and quiet strength left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of working alongside him.

A devoted Dallas Cowboys fan, Tyler wore his blue and silver with pride. Win or lose, he remained fiercely loyal, so much so that everyone knew not to schedule anything during game time. One of the most treasured influences in Tyler’s life was his Gram. He found comfort in her cooking, the kind of warmth that felt like home, full of family, tradition, and love. Her meals were more than food; they were a place to gather, laugh, and feel deeply cared for.

Tyler was passionate about fitness and dedicated countless hours to the gym. For him, it was more than a routine, it was a place of discipline, strength, and personal pride. More than anything, Tyler loved spending time with his family. Whether celebrating holidays, watching a game, or simply talking around the kitchen table, he was happiest surrounded by the people who loved him. His humor, easygoing spirit, and unforgettable smile brought connection and warmth wherever he went.

Funeral services for Tyler are scheduled for 1:00 PM Wednesday, November the 19th at the Broad Street Church of Christ with Larry Waymire officiating. Interment will follow at the Independence Cemetery in the Blue Goose Community near Lexington. Tyler’s legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew him, loved him, and will forever miss him.
