Nancy Howard, 82, of Decatur, Alabama, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 3,
2025 at Folsum Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Cullman, Alabama. Her full life story will
be available when her Celebration of Life is held next summer.
Nancy Howard is survived by her husband of 67 years, James Howard, Jr., three children, Jo
Anne Hipple (Kevin), Sheri Tippett (Tony), and Scott Howard (Kitty), seven grandchildren, five
great-grandchildren, and one great, great grandson. She is also survived by her sister Jean
Davidson and several brothers and sisters-in-law, Phyllis Anderson, Melinda Howard, Ronnie
Howard, and Jennifer Stewart (Robert), along with numerous beloved nieces, nephews and
extended family members.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Jim Emrico, brothers Jim and Joe,
brothers and sisters-in-laws Udene and Lee Haynes, David Anderson, Gary Howard, and Jane
Howard.
