Mrs. Opal Marie Ward, age 79, of Scottsboro, Alabama passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2025.
Opal is survived by her son, Quineth Ward; grandchildren, Jonathan Ward, Crystal Olive; great grandchildren, Damien Ward, Will Yon, Nevaeh Olive, Danica Olive; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Ward; son, Rodney Ward; daughter in law, Maryann Ward.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at the Scottsboro Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at the funeral home with Bro. Randall Hastings officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
