Graveside services for Mr. Byron Douglas Boyd, age 83, will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 in the Oakfield Cemetery.
Mr. Boyd passed away on Saturday, November 8, 2025 in the Avondale Nursing and Rehab.
He worked for Goodyear in Union City for 30 years and was an avid UT Football fan.
Mr. Boyd was preceded in death by his loving wife, Johanna Boyd; parents, J C Boyd and Ruth Boyd; several brothers and one sister.
Mr. Boyd is survived by two daughters, Deanna Coleman and husband Ken and Leslie Woodward and husband Ronnie; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren; three sisters and a brother.
