Funeral service for Rev. Charles W. Powell Sr., will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Union Hill Primitive Baptist Church with Pastor Oscar L. Montgomery, officiating. Interment will follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens. Rev. Powell, Sr., will lie in repose at Union Hill P.B. Church one hour prior to funeral service time.
Public viewing will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025 from 9:00 AM-7:00 PM at Nelms Memorial Funeral Home.
