Sharon Cook Keith, 72, passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at NMMC-Tupelo, MS. She was born on April 22, 1953, to Thomas and Lillian Foote Cook. Sharon cherished her children, grandchildren, and her dogs. She found joy in line dancing, exploring nature, and spending vacations with her family at Smith Lake.
Surviving family members include her children, Cynthia Beasley (John), Chris Keith (Tiffany), and Cassie Owen (Terry); her grandchildren, Faith Martin (Brent), Josh Beasley (Tanya), Tori Tidwell (David), Donivon Owen (Chloe), Jayden Owen, and Emma Owen; great-grandchildren, Stella and McKinley Martin; and her sisters, Laura May (Roger), Annie Christian (DeVan), and Ann James, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Sherry Lynn Keith, her brothers Mike and Thomas Jefferson Cook Jr., and her sister Peggy Jo Kelly.
A memorial service is scheduled for 6 PM on Friday, November 7, 2025, at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc, with Bro. Jimmy Flake officiating. Visitation will begin at 4 PM and continue until the service.
