Tommy Lee Rogers, a resident of Athens, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, October 29th, 2025, at the age of 80. Born on November 21st, 1944, in Tennessee, he was the son of Everett and Katy Byanco Fulks Rogers.
Tommy shared a life filled with love, laughter, and memories with his wife, Cathie Rogers. He leaves behind his children: Mark Rogers and his wife Kim, Tab Rogers and her wife Lesa, Tisha Rogers, Tanya Rogers, James Spencer and his wife Mary, and Trace Rogers. Tommy was also a proud grandfather to four grandchildren, who brought immense joy and happiness to his life. His family extends to his brother, Fred Rogers, and Fred’s wife Betty.
Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, Everett and Katy Rogers, and his sister, Patsy Alexander.
