Naomi Ruth Flessner Goodin, age 75, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, October 30th, 2025, at St. Thomas West.
She was born January 25th, 1950, in Dubuque, Iowa, to the late Henry Flessner and Martha Schnaidt. She was a Medical Transcriptionist and retired from GM as a door assembly lead. She loved the arts by attending exhibits, enjoying movies, and playing, writing and listening to music.
She is survived by three sons, Ross Goodin of Cornersville, Matt Goodin, and Wes Goodin, both of Lewisburg, a grandson, Jackson Goodin of Cornersville, two sisters, Jeanne Alexander of Roanoke, Virginia, and Lois Neptune of Peoria, Illinois, three brothers, Roland Flessner of Chicago, Illinois, Andy Flessner of Palatine, IL, and Steve Flessner of Parker, Colorado, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
