Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Deputie Arrest Suspect Charing Him With Three Counts Of Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling

LAUDERDALE COUNTY-The Lauderdale County Sheriff, Joe Hamilton issued a statement concerning the arrest of a suspect who has been charged with three counts of shooting into an occupied building:

“On 10/9/2025 the Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office obtained warrants and arrested Seth Lee Kimbrough, 31, Killen, for three

counts of Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling. Kimbrough is currently at the Lauderdale County Detention Center on a $90,000 bond.

The arrest comes after an investigation into shots being fired into three separate residences that occurred during the early morning hours of September 14, 2025.

During the investigation four search warrants were executed that allowed investigators to obtain cell phone and vehicle data and to also seize multiple firearms.

This investigation remains active and no further details can be released at this time.”
