Funeral services for Mr. Floyd Melvin Pittman, age 79, will be held on Friday September 19, 2025, at 2PM in the chapel of Shelton Funeral Home with Steve Skelton and Tony Moore officiating, burial to follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Visitation with the family will be Thursday September 18, 2025, from 5PM until 8PM and then again Friday September 19, 2025, from 1PM until service time.
Mr. Pittman, a retired electric superintendent with Trenton Light and Water Department, a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran, and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church, passed away Tuesday September 16, 2025, at his home in Trenton, TN.
Mr. Pittman was preceded in death by his parents, Ira and Dorothy (Lockard) Pittman and his siblings Ronnie Pittman and Mary Ann Murtaugh.
Mr. Pittman is survived by his wife Mildred Pittman of Trenton, TN and two siblings Kenneth Pittman and Beverly Pittman.
