Funeral services for Ms. Tabatha Lynn Wood age 42 are scheduled for 3pm Wednesday September 10, 2025, in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with Bo. Jeff Weaver officiating with burial to follow in Lexington Cemetery. Ms. Wood passed away in Memphis, Tn. She was born in Lexington, Tn to Mr. Ricky Wood and late Debbie Wood, she enjoyed playing fast pitch softball, riding back roads and listening to music, fishing and with her outgoing personality she never met a stranger. She was preceded in death by grandparents whom she thought as parents- Thomas Howell and Betty Lou Wood and mother- Debbie Wood; Survived by two sons- Dakota Hammond and Aiden Hammond, two daughters- Kaylee Lynn Forrest and Summer Lowry, father- Ricky Wood, sister- Latosha Wood, brother- Ricky Wood, grandson- Carter Wade and nieces Selena Baggett and Madison Wood. Visitation will be 9am-3pm Wednesday at Pafford Funeral Home with service at 3pm.
