James Clay “Groundhog” Dugger Jr., 70, died Monday, May 27, 2013. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday at Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro, Tenn. Services will be 3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Highland United Methodist Church Cemetery, Lawrenceburg, Tenn. He was the husband of the late Ruby Franks Dugger.
