Brenda Ruth Bailey, age 81, resident of Lawrenceburg, passed away on Sunday, August 24, 2025 at her residence.
A service for Brenda will be held at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with their services.
Born August 12, 1944 in Lawrenceburg, she was the daughter of the late Carl Snider and the late Lucille Killen Snider. She celebrated sixty-three of marriage with her husband and best friend, George “Butch” Bailey. Brenda worked as a factory worker at Modine wallpaper, Parks and Belk, and Arlo Peppers. She was a member of Mars Hill Baptist Church and Deerfield. She enjoyed basketball, volleyball, playing cards, golfing, and taking care of their boys Kallen and Kade.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her daughter, Brandy Bailey (Jeff) Rochelle, sisters, Jo Lopp Shannon, Linda King, Bonnie Brazier, grandsons, Kallen (Bre) Rochelle, Kade (Hannah) Rochelle, and three great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Roy Snider, Jimmy Snider, Wayne Snider, sisters, Betty Hardimon, Dean Dowdy, Dorothy Snider, and Carolyn Evans.
