Ronald Glenn “Woody” Woodward, age 67, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Thursday, August 07, 2025, at his daughter’s residence. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, former partner and co-owner of Woodward Heating & Air, formerly employed at Evers Construction, and of the Baptist Faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, W. W. and Virginia Fox Woodward; his wife, Jennie Robertson Woodward; one sister, Phyllis Luffman; and one brother, Dennis Woodward.
He is survived by one daughter, Lisa Bassham (Brian) of Lawrenceburg, TN; one son, Nolen Woodward of Lawrenceburg, TN; two grandsons, Caden Bassham and Tate Bassham, both of Lawrenceburg, TN; four brothers, Wallace Woodward (Amy) of Leoma, TN, Tony Woodward (Cathy) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Randy Woodward (Susie) of Leoma, TN, and Billy Woodward (Ann) of Leoma, TN; and one sister, Angie Wright of Jackson, TN. Those serving as pallbearers are Ben Woodward, Phillip Woodward, Caden Bassham, Tate Bassham, Jeffrey Luna, and Timmy Robertson.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, August 11, 2025, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Tuesday, August 12, 2025, with Billy Woodward and Tony Woodward officiating. Interment will follow at Houser Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.
