Phillip Derrell Eddy, 72 of Bagley, passed away Wednesday Aug. 6, 2025 at his residence.
He was retired from Joe Piper Inc.. He was formerly employed with the Church of God Home for Children in Sevierville, TN and the Women’s Missionary Union. He was also a Gideon.
Funeral services will be Saturday Aug. 9, 25 at 11:00 am in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Rev. Kieth Owens will officiate. Burial will follow in New Horizon Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Saturday from 10-11 am.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymouth and Corrine Eddy, and his brothers, R.D. Eddy, Jr., Larry Eddy and David Eddy.
Survivors include his son, Benjamin Eddy and wife Angela of Coker, and Jessica Darty and husband Patrick “Gator” of Dora; grandchildren, Malin and Raylie Eddy and Luke and Erika Darty; sisters, Vonda (Billy) and Janice; cousin, Dennis Davis; many other relatives and friends.
