Wayne Edwin Foster Wayne Edwin Foster, age 81, of Pulaski, TN passed away peacefully in his home on August 2, 2025 surrounded by his family.

Born in Haleyville, Alabama on October 7, 1943 to the late Wade Edward Foster and Margaret Elaine (Spain) Foster.

Wayne enjoyed many hobbies throughout the years but most importantly he loved spending time with his family. From a young age Wayne was enthusiastic in the outdoors and promoted youth his entire life to hunting, fishing, and sports. He was employed at Kuhns and later became a business owner of the Blue Bird Sporting Goods in Pulaski, TN for about 10 years. After the closing of Blue Bird Sporting Goods he was employed at Federal Copper and then Fafnir/Timken where he retired in 2008 after 32 years of dedication. Wayne ran Foster’s Taxidermy for 25 years alongside his wife, Alice, where he was able to extend his love for hunting to others in the community. He was also a founder and active member of the Giles County Deer Hunter’s Association where he served as the Treasurer for many years. To know Wayne was to love him & he will be missed by many.

Along with his parents, Wayne is preceded in death by his brother-in-law Don Brindley.

Wayne is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Alice Pierce Foster. Sons David Foster and Jason (Tracey) Foster of Pulaski, TN. Grandchildren Brandi (Brian) Park of Murfreesboro, TN, Madison (Adam) Qualls of Pulaski, TN, and Grayson Foster of Pulaski, TN. Great grandchildren Riley, Ryder, Austin, and Aiden Park of Murfreesboro, TN. Sisters Janie Brindley & Sherry (Armando) Foronda. Many other relatives and friends also survive.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5th, 2025 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th, 2025 at 3:30 pm in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home.

Burial will take place in Johns Cemetery

In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations towards the
Wakefield Trap Team
6190 Little Dry Creek Road Pulaski, TN or to the account at the Bank of Frankewing for the Wakefield Trap Team.

Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements for Wayne Edwin Foster.
