Bobbie Jean (Hewitt) Persinger
September 8, 1950 – July 25, 2025
A devoted wife, mother, sister and friend died peacefully at
home in Ashland City, Tennessee, on July 25, 2025 at the age of 74. While
born in Clarksville, Tennessee, she grew up in Thomasville, Tennessee and
graduated from Cheatham County High School in 1970. While
working at Acme Boot in Ashland City, Tennessee, she met Michael
Persinger and they were married December 22, 1973
She was preceded in death by her father Thomas William Hewitt,
mother Ambie Aline (Shelton) Hewitt and brother Franklin Dale
Hewitt. She is survived by husband Michael E. Persinger, Sons
Michael L Persinger (Tamara) and Wayne P. Persinger (Lori), brother
William T. Hewitt (Lena) and three grandchildren.
