MONTGOMERY-Governor Kay Ivey has ordered flags be flown at half-staff effective immediately on the grounds of the Alabama State Capitol Complex in Montgomery and throughout the state of Alabama until sunrise Monday, July 14, 2025, in honor of those who lost their lives, including from Alabama, in the recent deadly Texas Hill Country flooding.
