Patricia Kimberly Rose Anders Barnard (Patti) of Gurley, went to be with our Lord on Sunday July 6, 2025.
Patti was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Smith Anders “Ginger” and father, Jack Lee Anders.
She is survived by her husband whom was the love of her life, John Barnard, their children who loved their mom, son Brandon Barnard (Cassie Nichols), and son Camryn Barnard. Brother Tony (Brittney) Anders, Brother David (Sandra) Anders, wonderful sister in love Mary Lee Maleknia, niece Emilee (Dakota) Brodie, niece Erin (Nathan) Anthes, niece Savannah (Taylor) Wright, niece Victoria (Gavin) Powell, nephew Alex Maleknia, niece Sable Maleknia, nephew Ace Mance, many close friends Jackie Eldridge, Michelle Rodgers, Lora Martin, and Tina Maples, many young men and women whom she loved as her own children, many aunts and uncles that she loved.
Patti was a caring, loving, Godly wife, mother, and friend. She had a heart for giving and a kind soul for people. She was always helping others while striving to make the lives better of everyone she came into contact with. She was a loyal friend and loved by many.
Please join us as we celebrate her life at New Hope Funeral Home with Dr. Jeremy Gates officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 9, 2025 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home and the service on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 11am at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel with graveside to follow at Green Valley Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Trey Rodgers, Jayden Wiggins, Jaden Walters, Ja’Cobie Edwards, Bradyn Bodiford, and Joseph Knighten. Alternates will be Bob Rodgers and Doug Maples
In lieu of flowers Patti and the family requests that donations be made in Patti’s name to Maji Hope and/or Brain Cancer Research
