Raynell Wilson Profile Photo Raynell Wilson of Hazel Green went to be with the Lord on Wednesday morning while at her home. She was 63. Mrs. Wilson was a native of Kelso, Tennessee where she enjoyed her early life and was known by her childhood nickname, Cricket. She was a Christian and a part of Hayes Chapel Baptist Church and had retired from Sam’s Club after 27 years of service.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Bonnie George Simmons; by her brother, Manuel Simmons; by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, James and Rachel Wilson.

Surviving family members include her husband of over 47 years, Jerry Wilson; her son, Brian (Krissy) Wilson; her son, Brad (Marisa) Wilson; her grandchildren: Katlyn Wilson and James Wilson; her brothers, Jason (Shelly) Simmons and Jamie Simmons; her sisters, Shirley Cannon, Lois Pigg, and Shannon Richardson;

Funeral services will be Friday at Noon at Bevill’s Chapel Baptist Church with Pastor Benny Berry and Pastor Eddie Clardy officiating. Burial will follow and will be in Bevill’s Cemetery. Visitation will begin two hours prior to the service.

Nellie will be remembered for her love for cooking, showing hospitality to all her family and friends, and for her love for all of her family, especially her beloved grandchildren.
