Gerald Brown of the Center Hill community, passed peacefully at his home Thursday, June 5, 2025. He was born January 8, 1949, to Leslie and Helen Boyd Brown. He spent many years driving a truck, working on appliances, and mowing yards. He enjoyed spending time with family and watching westerns. Gerald was known for his humorous nature. If he was picking on you, that meant he loved you. He was a member of Buchanan Baptist Church.
Gerald is survived by his wife, Marie Brown, his sons Len Brown and Brian Brown (Nia), step-daughter Misty Aburto, step-son Cody Jumper, sisters Ruby Dillard and Diane Nobles (Tommy), several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and sisters Faye Thompson, Margaret Dykes and Louise Smith.
Services will be held Sunday, June 8, 3pm, officiated by his nephew, Richard Watson. Visitation will begin at 2 until service time at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home, Pontotoc.
