Otis was born April 6, 1944 and received his ultimate healing June 4, 2025.
Services will be held at Collins-Burke Funeral Home in Jasper, AL on Sunday, June 8, 2025 receiving family and friends at 4:00 pm with funeral service at 6:00 pm in the sanctuary. Officiated by Brother Kip Cordell.
He was preceded in death by his Parents-Hiram and Elizabeth Touchstone; Brothers-Grady Touchstone, Earl Touchstone, Herbert Touchstone, J.W. Touchstone, Junior Touchstone; Sisters-Lucille Smith and Jean Prim, Son-Bart Touchstone and Grandson-Forrest Touchstone.
He is survived by his loving Wife-Sandy Sweatman Touchstone; Sisters-Maxine Duncan and Gladys Smith; Honorary Brother-Roy Prim; Sons-Bryan Touchstone (Melissa) and Bruce Touchstone; Daughters-Shay McGehee (David) and Shelly Cordell (Kip); Grandchildren-Ryan McGehee (Mary Hope), Andrew McGehee (Marisa), Jared Hudson (Hannah), Jacob Hudson, Kailyn Hodo (Dyer), Tre’ Tyree (Summer), Katie Touchstone, Garrison Touchstone (Jesica), Chandler Touchstone (Ivy); Great Grandchildren-Esmen and Iah McGehee, Harper, Elijah and Mary Frances Hudson, Wesley and Walker Hodo, Raegan Touchstone, Emery and Forrest Touchstone, Noah and Wilder Monwell Touchstone; Extended family-Ray and Shirley Madison. And a host of nieces, nephews and special friends.
The family would like to extend a special recognition for the staff at Ridgeview Health Services for their tender, loving care given during his last few months.
