Kelly Genneion West, 42, of Town Creek, passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at North Alabama Medical Center in Florence. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday, May 30, 2025 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 12:00 PM at the funeral home with Garry Lovette officiating. Burial will be at Landersville Cemetery.
Born on October 16, 1982 to Jackie and Jannis Tyler West, Kelly was a loving mother, daughter and sister. She loved to color, laugh, and sing. Kelly was very outgoing and had a big heart.
Survivors include her children, Alexis (Raleigh) Barnes, Harley (Joey) Scott, Kaedance (Kane) Melton, and Justin Sapp; grandchildren, Emberlyn Melton, Colter Barnes, and Hudson Evans; mother, Jannis Lawrimore; brother, Curtis West; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family. Kelly was preceded in death by her father, Jackie West; and brothers, Tracy West and Shannon West; and grandmother, Eva Tyler.
Pallbearers will be Draven West, Allen West, Devan West, Joey Evans, Kane Melton, Jacob Larkins, Jeremy Sapp, and Michael Pennington.
