Josephine Elmore Cashion, age 89, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, May 25, 2025, at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville.
She was born August 18, 1935, in Lewisburg, Tennessee, to the late Arthur and Gertie Brown Elmore. Prior to retirement she was a shipping clerk at Faber Castell. She was a member of Westvue Church of Christ. She enjoyed watching the Atlanta Braves baseball games and many other sports. She loved working in her flowers and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Richard Cashion; a son Eddie Cashion and seven siblings.
She is survived by her son, Donald Cashion (Amy) of Lewisburg; seven grandchildren Brandy Keeton (Dusty), Alison Crabtree (Eric), Brad Cashion (Danielle), Matthew Cashion (Taylor), Laura Beth Guinn (Allen), Danielle Rogers (Brandon) and Patrick Moore; 15 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; special daughter-in-law Amanda Mosely.
Visitation with the family will be held at London Funeral Home, 324 West Church Street, Lewisburg, Tennessee, on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm.
Funeral Service will be conducted on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of London Funeral Home with burial to follow in Sunset Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Matthew Cashion, Brad Cashion, Drew Keeton, Dylan Kilpatrick, Brandon Rogers, and Dusty Keeton.
