MRS. LADONNA KENOSHA LONG, 49, of Huntsville, Alabama, was born to Silla Gamble Dixon and the late Kenneth Boddie on September 16, 1975, in Florence, Alabama. LaDonna departed her life on May 12, 2025, at Huntsville Hospital where she fought a long hard fight with the illness she faced. She will be forever remembered as a loving and gentle wife, daughter, and sister.

LaDonna accepted Jehovah at an early age and later joined and became an active servant of Kingdom Hall of Harvest.

LaDonna leaves her memories to be cherished by:

her husband, Michael O’Neal Long of Harvest, Alabama; mother, Silla (Roosevelt) Dixon; stepdaughters, Jessica (Anthony) Byrd of Madison, Alabama and Lakken Long of Muscle Shoals, Alabama; her beloved step grandson, Ja’Kobe Byrd of Madison, Alabama; sisters, KeTonya Gamble and Amanda Simpson; brothers, Lewis Gamble, James (Takila) Gamble; mother-in-law, Pearlene Cole of Sheffield, Alabama; sisters-in-law, Lawanda Long of Sheffield, Alabama, and Mary Long of Muscle Shoals, Alabama; brothers-in-law, Dr. Alandus (Clara) Long of Pensacola, Florida and Cedric Long of Sheffield, Alabama. She also leaves behind a host of step brothers-in-laws and sisters-in-laws, Charles Horton, Linda Vaughn, Nita Horton, Carolyn Horton, Tina West, Marvin Barton, Metoria Horton, Sabina Horton, Steve Horton, Laurie Horton, Kaye Horton, Faye Horton; aunts, Rosetta Gamble, Bertha Gamble, and Debra Jackson; uncles, Robert Gamble, Frank Gamble, and David Boddie; a special cousin, Kisha Winburn and Adrean Gamble; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She also loved her baby, Ace!
