Mr. Harold W. Johnson, 93, passed away on Monday, April 14, 2025 at his residence. He was born October 12, 1931, in Morgan County to, I.B.D. Johnson and Ruth Humphrey Johnson.
Mr. Johnson was a Veteran of the United States Navy. He was employed by Wolverine Tube, from which he retired after 30 years of service, as a Machinist and Bull-Block Operator. He loved his Lord, and his bees and hummingbirds. He also was a member of the Decatur Christian Fellowship Church.
Preceding him in death were his parents, four brothers, one sister, a daughter; Sherry Bawcum, and a granddaughter; Brittany Maxwell.
Survivors include his Wife – Mary Ann Johnson, a Son – Chris Johnson, two Daughters – Donna J. Muse and Montine Maxwell, Five Grandchildren and Three Great Grandchildren.
No services are scheduled at this time, but a Celebration of Life will be held by his family at a later date.
