James Michael Holcomb, 69, of Woodville, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2025.
Jim was passionate about music and used his passion to share the love of Christ in many ministries. He was involved in Celebrate Recovery, SOFAR, Kairos, Emmaus and was worship leader at New Life Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by parents, William Henry and Hazel Marie Holcomb; brother, Larry Holcomb and son-in-law, Lance Goin.
Surviving are wife, Barbara “Babs” Holcomb; daughters, Cindy (Eddie) Kennamer and Shannon Goin; son, Kristofer Michael Holcomb; grandchildren, Ashley Graden, Josh Holcomb, Noah Guffey, Nick Holcomb, Hunter (Brianna) Kennamer, Levi Kennamer, Logan (Brittany) Kennamer; great grandchildren, Cooper, Lily, Kinley, Copper and Colt; brother, Bruce (Brenda) Holcomb; sisters-in-law, Retha Holcomb and Micie Wilson; four nieces; three nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Saturday, March 29, 2025 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at New Life Methodist Church in Grant. A celebration of life will follow at 1:00 PM with Pastor Joey Croft officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorial donations to be made to New Life Methodist Church SOFAR (Spiritual Outreach For Addiction Recovery) Ministry.
