Joan Marie Genz of Adamsville, TN, was born September 14, 1955 in Waukesha, WI. She was united in marriage to Herbert Genz on February 8, 1989.
Joan dedicated many years to serving her community at the Dodge County Courthouse in Wisconsin before embracing retirement. A woman of many passions, she found joy in traveling, nurturing her garden, planting flowers, and creating scrapbooks. She cherished her dog “Bella”, and her greatest joy came from the time spent with her great-grandchildren
Mrs. Genz departed this life on March 18, 2025 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 69 Years, 6 Months, 4 Days.
She is survived by her husband, Herbert Genz; granddaughter, Hailey Nehls and husband Adam; great grandchildren: Lacey, Sara, Emily, and Trevor.
Mrs Genz was preceded in death by her father, Dewey Zane Ames.
