Harold A. Sparks, 82, passed away Sunday, March 9, 2025 at North Ms. Medical Center, Tupelo, MS. He was owner and operator of Sparks Pre-Cast Concrete and was pastor of Red Bay Free Holiness Church.
Services will be Wednesday, March 12, 3 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL with Bro. Samuel Tharp and Bro. James Smith officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 12, 12-3 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL. Burial will be in Ridge Cemetery, Golden, MS. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
He is survived by his wife of sixty-two years, Martha Sparks; two children, Shane Sparks (Laurinda) and Sarah Hardin (Phillip); four grandchildren, Keshia Hardin, Channing Sparks, Ashton Sparks and Emma Grace Sparks; three brothers, Leon Sparks, Gerald Sparks (Lynda) and Ransel Sparks (Karen) and two sisters, Dot Crane (Eudell) and Linda Ann Davis.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther Sparks and Burvin Pharr Sparks and a brother, David Sparks.
Pallbearers will be Greg Crane, Channing Sparks, Terry Sparks, Kyle Moses, Ricky Lindley and Shannon Lindley.
