Jimmy D. Donahou (Jim), passed away peacefully on February 26, 2025 in Columbus, MS surround by loved ones. He was born on March 22, 1947, to parents Rex and Frances Donahou in Farmington, Arkansas.

Jim joined the United States Airforce in 1965. Afterward, he relocated to Starkville where he worked several years at Bryan Foods in West Point and later joined C.C. Clark, Inc. where he served for many years until his retirement.

Jim loved to fish, golf, and play his guitar. He shared 46 years of life with Lydia Donahou. The two of them loved to spend their time together at the family homeplace in Medart, FL.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ida Frances McDonald and Rex Donahou and his sister Kathy Zeito; Jim is survived by his wife, Lydia of Starkville; sons, Anthony Marlow of Columbus Georgia, and Andy Donahou (Tracy) of Louisville, KY; his four grandchildren: Landon, Anna, Holden, and Hunter of Louisville, KY; His siblings: Billy Donahou (Harriett); Judy Young; Rhonda Johnson (Joel); Wayne Baugh (Diane); Danny Baugh (Chris); Betty Hogan (Willie); Sharon Baugh; Shanna Baugh; Johnny Jarrett (Madonna.

Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, March 8, 2025 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Family Funeral Home in Crawfordville, FL with funeral service immediately following. Burial will be in Friendship Memorial Garden in Medart, FL.
