COLBERT COUNTY-On the evening of February 24th,at approximately 11pm deputies on night shift B were patrolling in the area of Colburn Mountain Road, when they conducted a traffic stop for a traffic infraction.

Deputies made contact with the driver and passenger of the vehicle. The driver advised the female passenger was the owner of the vehicle. When deputies spoke female she advised she had a large amount of methamphetamine in the vehicle.
Deputies located a black backpack containing 56.8 grams of meth,and 3.5 grams of cocaine.
Celia Ann Carroll, 40 of Haleyville AL was arrested and charged with drug trafficking,and possession of a controlled substance.
She is being held on 151,000 bond.
