Patricia Jane Burbank Thompson, 80, of Florence, passed away, Sunday, February 9, 2025. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 11, 2025 from 11:00 AM until Noon at Morrison Funeral Home, Central Heights. She will have a private burial at Pine Hill Cemetery with Larry Burbank officiating.
She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. Patricia loved painting , gardening and bird watching. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jackie Thompson; daughter, Trena Cook; granddaughter, Anna Williams.
Patricia is survived by her children, Lolea Williams (Frankie) and Maria Scott (Wayne); brothers, Larry Burbank and Jackie Burbank; sister, Tonda Tyon; grandchildren, David Brian Richey ( Lakesha), Blake Scott (Lauren), Jordan Scott (Johanna), Ashley Williams; great- grandchildren, Madi Jane Scott, Mack Scott, Mason Barnes, and Mitchell Gandy.
Pallbearers will be David Richey, Bryan Cook, Blake Scott, Jordan Scott, Frankie Williams, and Wayne Scott.
The family would like to thank Amedisys home health and hospice nurses and Brooke Holden, Jewel Scott, and Amanda Parrish who took care of her for the past year.
