James L. Woodard, 87, died Thursday, February 6, 2025. visitation will be held on Sunday, February 9, 2025 from 1-2 p.m., at Neal Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m., at the funeral home with burial in Lawrence County Memorial gardens. Mr. Woodard served his country honorably in the U.S. Army.
