Mrs. Wanda Gail Blackmon passed away on Friday, January 24, 2025 at the Clay County Hospital. She was born in Alabama and lived here her entire life.
Mrs. Blackmon is survived by husband Robert Dempsey; brother, Harold Humphrey and his wife Mary; a special friend, Charlene Johnson; and other extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents: John and Lola Blackmon and a brother, Jerry Blackmon.
No services are planned at this time. The family requests no flowers but donations can be made to the Clay County Animal Shelter in her name.
