James Kevin Allen, Sr., age 57, of Guntersville, Alabama, passed away on January 26, 2025. Born on June 6, 1967, he was the beloved son of the late James and Frances Allen.
James dedicated over seven years of his life to Little Mountain Marina, where he found joy and fulfillment in his work. He will be remembered for his kind spirit, dedication, and love for his family.
He is survived by his loving wife, Debra Allen; son, Kevin Allen (Falishia); cherished grandchildren, Kristina M. Champion, Alexia Swack, and Damien Swack; great-grandchildren, Kaydance Williams, Gracelynn Allen, Kasen Champion, and Kash Champion; siblings, Betsy Price, Bobby Allen, Beverly Farley, and Pam Allen; mother-in-law, Wilma Bowdoin; along with a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his stepchildren, Kristy Cooper and Jimmy Cooper.
James’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. His family finds comfort in knowing that he is reunited with those who went before him.
