Margie Jo Strawmyer, age 63, of Phil Campbell, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2025, at North Alabama Medical Center.
Margie proudly served her nation in the U.S. Navy. She enjoyed crafting, planting flowers and loved to do pour painting. She always enjoyed having her dogs around her. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and loved her grandchildren.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband of 26 years, Timothy P. Strawmyer; children, Carrie Hall (Stephen), Julie Bailey (Philip), Sara Scruggs (Larry), Samuel Zeb Strawmyer, Adam Strawmyer; grandchildren, Sara Jo Hochstuhl, Melissia Smith, Eli Hall, Justise Lee, Parker Chaney, Gavin Chaney, Nevaeh Chaney, Braydin Chaney, Braxton Jenkins, Jeven Hochstuhl; great-grandchild, Elias Lee; siblings, Johnny Chambers, Carol Warren; and a host of nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her son, Benjermin Strawmyer; parents, John & Sara (Sturgil) Chambers; sisters, Brenda Rogers, Lucy Wininger; and nephew, John Rogers.
A service is not planned at this time.
